ISCOM International Regard Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability as Its Core Duty.

ISCOM International Information has been established for 20 years. In pursuing environmental, social governance, and sustainability, EverWin not only sets high expectations for itself but also collaborates with many like-minded clients and supplier partners. Together, we gradually expand our environmental sustainability practices, extending sustainable multiplier effects to encourage more corporate citizens to pursue a better society. The company upholds the corporate spirit of "Integrity, Passion, Professionalism, and Sustainability," focusing on corporate governance, enthusiasm, care for social and environmental sustainability. With the mission of building a lasting enterprise, we have established the "Corporate Governance Practice Principles," "Integrity Management Principles," and "Corporate Social Responsibility Practice Principles" as behavioral guidelines and directives for promoting and managing positive economic, environmental, and social efforts.

The company has established its corporate governance structure based on the Company Act of the Republic of China, Securities and Exchange Act, and other relevant domestic and international regulations and guidelines. This includes corporate governance framework, articles of incorporation, rules for election of directors and supervisors, shareholders' meeting rules, procedures for acquisition or disposal of assets, procedures for derivative transactions, procedures for lending funds to others, and endorsement guarantee procedures. A corporate governance working group has been established, led by the headquarters management department along with the finance and stock affairs departments, working in conjunction with the Corporate Social Responsibility Office to handle related corporate governance matters and implement a friendly, mutually respectful governance culture cycle.

The company plans to promote corporate social responsibility missions by referring to the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) supply chain concept and establishing the company's "Corporate Social Responsibility Code of Conduct." The company also encourages and supports suppliers to implement the "ISCOM Supplier Corporate Social Responsibility Code of Conduct."
