Employee Communication

ISCOM International establishes an Employee Welfare Committee in accordance with the Employee Welfare Fund Act and the Ministry of Labor (formerly Council of Labor Affairs) regulations: "According to Article 1, Paragraph 2 of the Employee Welfare Fund Act, 'other enterprise organizations' refer to financial institutions, companies, firms, agricultural, fishery, and livestock farms that regularly employ 50 or more workers." Representatives from both labor and management are elected to participate, ensuring all employees' opinions and rights are protected. Under a diverse and open communication environment, labor-management relations are trustworthy and harmonious, with no labor disputes ever affecting employee relations or causing losses. Furthermore, to build a more free and open diverse communication platform, ISCOM has established "Cloud Suggestion Box" and "HR Mobile Care". Multiple communication channels include labor-management meetings, employee grievance procedures, online and physical suggestion boxes, and dedicated complaint mailboxes, encouraging employees to report issues or provide suggestions for decision-making units.

Respect for Career Planning

When employees wish to adjust their work direction or career development, they can transfer between departments based on their strengths and planning direction with relevant department heads' approval. If employees plan to resign for career changes, they are free to do so by providing notice according to the resignation notice period.
